Booking and Payment

Bookings for Yallingup Maze’s offerings, including maze entry, mini-golf, combo packages, and gift vouchers, are managed through a third-party platform, FareHarbour. By making a booking, you agree to FareHarbour's terms and conditions as well as the following:

- Maze and Mini-Golf Bookings: No advance bookings are required for mini-golf; however, you can upgrade to a combo package in-store.

- Gift Vouchers: Vouchers are available in amounts of $25, $50, $100, or a custom amount. Gift voucher sales are final and non-refundable.

- Booking Amendments and Cancellations: Amendments to bookings must be made in accordance with FareHarbour’s policies. Refunds are subject to the terms of both Yallingup Maze and FareHarbour.

Limitation of Liability

Yallingup Maze shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its website or the inability to use its website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification
